Service of Remembrance 2025 ?This year, we are honoured to be holding our first ever Memorial Service on Saturday 6th December at 4:00pm, at Minster Abbey.
This special service is a time to come together, to reflect, and to remember the loved ones who are no longer with us. It is open to all families we have had the privilege to care for, as well as anyone in the community who wishes to take a moment to remember someone special.
We invite you to join us for a comforting and meaningful evening of reflection, candles, and remembrance.
