About this Event
Have you heard of the industry-leading book This Is Service Design Doing? Two of its co-authors, Adam Lawrence and Markus Edgar Hormeß, bring its ideas to life through their community-driven global event, The Global Service Jam. And it’s back in Hong Kong again this year.
Join us for a weekend-long design hackathon to experience the service design process and tools, build friendships, and learn so much more.
This is a fun-packed community event led by Michael Tam, Joey Ho, Julia Poon, Sharon Ng, and Timothy Chan—a group of service design practitioners based in Hong Kong.
This event is for everyone interested in service design, and no experience is required. We encourage anyone who’s curious to join us!
