Serve It Safely is a non-restaurant food handler training designed for volunteer organizations serving food, such as service clubs, church groups, and soup kitchens
The training covers current food safety recommendations including food storage, cleaning and sanitation, safe cooking temperatures, and personal hygiene.
There is a $5 registration fee to attend. Register by April 30.
