Serve everyone: how inclusive businesses win more customers Join disability leaders for a free breakfast and panel about creating welcoming, accessible hospitality and retail experiences for everone
About this Event

In hospitality and retail, customer experience is everything. But if your venue isn’t accessible, you could be missing out on a loyal and growing customer base.

This free breakfast event marks International Day of People with Disability and brings together industry leaders to explore how inclusive design and communication can help your business thrive.

Whether it's your menu layout, how staff greet guests or the way your space is navigated, small changes can make a big difference.

Why it matters

Inclusive businesses aren’t just doing the right thing – they’re doing smart business. More than 4.4 million Australians live with disability. Accessibility is no longer optional. It’s a competitive advantage.

When you make your business more inclusive, you’re not just opening your doors –you’re opening up opportunity.
