SERTÃO PRESENTS: MARIO CAU & EDU GUTTERRES
What do a comics artist and a guitarist have in common? Without a doubt more than you may think at first sight. Apart from being from Brazil, (Comics Artist, Illustrator) and (Musician, Guitarist) also share a love for music, arts, visual novels, and much more.
For its second event in New York City, SERTÅO - a collective based in NYC and Long Island - brings together CAU and for an evening with music, comics, and a panel at the end, where the artists will talk and share about their creative processes, work, career, and interact with the audience. The talk will be mediated by Octávio Deluchi.
To reserve your spot, there are two options: free admission ($0) and free admission + presale of CAU's physical print of his latest work ($15). You can also buy at the event, but there will be limited copies available. The tickets are free because there is a $20 suggested minimum for attendees at the time of the event. The entire amount goes directly to the artists, and your collaboration means a lot to them!
