Kundalini Yoga is often referred to as the Yoga of Awareness. Its aim is to awaken the Soul Self, the part of us that is already whole, already wise, and already divine. In the yogic tradition, kundalini is described as a subtle life force energy that rests at the base of the spine. When gently awakened through practice, this energy begins to move through the body, supporting greater awareness, vitality, and connection to our true nature.The body becomes the instrument for this awakening. Through breathwork, simple movement, mantra, and meditation, Kundalini Yoga helps clear stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and expand our capacity for presence and insight.
This 4-week series offers a welcoming introduction to the practice. Each class will guide you through accessible techniques designed to help you feel more energized, balanced, and connected within yourself. No previous yoga experience is necessary. 4-week series, April 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th at 6:30-7:45pm. $55. Registration is required, limited space.
