Beginner to the seasoned student.
Slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience inner stillness. A combination of gentle Yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation. This slow-paced class can help slow down the effects of the aging process by maintaining muscle flexibility, keeping the mind alert and awake, encouraging relaxation, strengthening muscles and joints. Improve sleep, cardiovascular health, encouraging the body, mind, and spirit to remain healthy and strong.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
