Serenity Village x Take Action LA: Farmers' Market Series Pt. 2
Join us for an immersive wellness experience where we will guide you through interactive stations that integrate mental health education, nutrition, culture, and digital engagement. As you journey through each station, collect scavenger-hunt items for your own personalized swag bag while exploring emotional wellness, the brain-gut connection, and healthy cultural fusion foods.
Some stations include mental wellness reflection, movement, and social wellness storytelling. The experience doesn't end there; receive one-on-one guidance using an interactive app to learn more about the mind-gut connection. End the night at the serenity tent for a live showing of Inside Out!
