Morning Yoga & Sound Bath with Lu Patino & Amy Sage
Reconnect with your body, breath, and the nature all around you in Morning Yoga. A harmonious blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kripalu Yoga. Fostering compassion, balance, and integrating breathwork with connection to mind, body, and spirit. Increase physical strength, flexibility, mindful movements, and inner harmony with this blended fusion practice. Lu’s classes are open to all experience levels and create space for a restorative outdoor yoga practice for all participants.
A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience. After moving your body in yoga, lay back and meditate with resonant vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and rainsticks that align with the natural frequencies of your body. The sound waves "bathe" you in healing waves nurturing your body, mind, and spirit. A very natural and restorative way to meditate as you surrender to the sound with many incredible health benefits.
