Join me, Camillea for a deeply nourishing Yin/Restorative Yoga experience paired with Reiki healing, held during the powerful Waxing Gibbous Moon phase.
The Waxing Gibbous moon occurs between the First Quarter and the Full Moon, symbolizing a time of growth, refinement, and building momentum toward our goals. It’s a beautiful period for reflecting on intentions set during the New Moon in Aries earlier in the month, gathering clarity, and continuing to move forward with purpose.
Around this time we also see Uranus re-entering Gemini, bringing energy of innovation, curiosity, and expanded communication — encouraging fresh ideas and inspired perspectives.
During this class we will move through slow, grounding Yin and Restorative postures designed to gently open the body and calm the nervous system. The practice will conclude with an extended Savasana, where participants will receive hands-on or hands-off Reiki healing.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that works with universal life force energy to support the body’s natural healing processes. Many people experience deep relaxation, emotional balance, and a sense of energetic alignment during Reiki sessions.
This experience is designed to help you:
✨ Slow down and reset your nervous system
✨ Release tension stored in the body
✨ Align with the growing energy of the moon
✨ Receive gentle Reiki healing in a supportive group space
Yoga mats and bolsters are provided.
Please bring a blanket and pillow so you can be extra comfortable during the Savasana.
