Enjoy a deeply restorative Sunday morning soundbath and meditation session designed to help you completely rest & reset for the week ahead. This is a one-hour journey of sound healing.
Experience the benefits of sound healing, hosted by an experienced sound healing practitioner and therapeutic yoga teacher. This session is suitable for everyone, regardless of mobility, with the teacher providing adjustments and support for your comfort.
Suitable for individuals with mobility issues & disability friendly.
Chairs, cushions, blankets, and eye masks are provided.
