Hi everyone,We have a traditional contra dance this month, with Mattie Rynkiewicz as the caller and Too Old Cat as the band! We're excited to have you all come, whether this is your first time Contra dancing or it's been 10 years!

Lesson from 7:30-8pm, Dancing from 8pm to 10pm
Admission: $5-15 sliding scale, cash preferred and venmo available

No experience is necessary, and all dances are taught! If you are new to contra dancing, we highly recommend arriving at 7:30pm so we can show you some basics. Dances tend to start simple and increase in complexity as the evening progresses.
We ask that you wear a high-quality mask, or take a COVID test in the 2 hours before the dance and bring a photo of the negative test. Masks must be high quality, such as N95, KN95, or KF94 (we provide free KN95s at the dance if you need one!). If you test positive for COVID before the dance, have symptoms, or aren’t feeling well, please stay home.
People under 16 dance for free. This is to keep the dance affordable for families and promote an intergenerational space!
We are looking for volunteers to help table at the dance! First come/first serve, you get to attend the dance free of charge. Please fill out this form to let us know your availability!
