About this Event
The "Creating Inclusive Workplaces" network is excited to invite West London SMEs to attend the second round of our in-person networking breakfast.
Come share your stories, challenges, and successes in promoting inclusivity. Connect with other SMEs in the network and the wider community and learn from their experiences too. For this Networking Breakfast we'll be focusing on neurodiversity and making workplaces more accessible for those with additional needs.
What to expect?
- A light breakfast and some structured networking to kick-us off;
- An interactive session from Inclusive Working – neurodiversity 101;
- The DWP will share valuable information on Access to Work and the support available for employers;
- Inspiring insights from an inclusive employer about their own inclusivity journey.

The West London Alliance (WLA), in collaboration with GoodPeople and other DEI/social value experts have developed "Creating Inclusive Workplaces", a network and service to support West London SMEs. SMEs can access free expert support tailored to your goals, exchange insights, and share best practice.
