Our meetings are the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow creatives, share your latest artwork, and enjoy snacks and great conversation. Each month, we’ll also feature a special guest speaker to spark fresh inspiration and offer valuable artistic insights.
Guest Speaker: Sumeeth Mehta, lifestyle photographer and artist. Sumeet will introduce Warli art, a traditional tribal painting style from India’s western coast and one of the oldest forms of folk art. Rooted in nature and everyday life, Warli uses simple geometric shapes—circles, triangles, and squares—to depict people, animals, farming, hunting, and celebrations, creating a minimal yet powerfully expressive visual language. An award-winning photographer known for her food and people portraits, Sumeet is active on social media and deeply involved in the community—supporting student art shows and hosting special events. She’s also a fantastic chef and a delight to be around. Don’t miss her talk and live demo!
