With over 10 years of experience, Bryan blends classical Qigong forms—including Baduanjin, Yijinjing, Five Animal Play, Huichun Gong, and Dayan Qigong—with modern therapeutic insight to help you restore energy, boost immunity, and regain harmony in body and mind.
As a Certified TCM Tuina Therapist and ITEC UK Holistic Therapist, Bryan integrates meridian theory and acupoint knowledge into every session, guiding students to:
- Enhance qi (energy) flow

- Cultivate physical vitality and emotional balance
This class is suitable for all levels—whether you're new to Qigong or seeking to deepen your healing journey. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more centered.
Please note the following before going for class
1. Wear loose clothing and flat sports or Qigong shoes
2. Bring your own water bottle and small towel
3. at least 30 mins rest after meal
