This class is a rejuvenating and empowering yoga experience. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class is designed for everyone. Together, we'll move our bodies, connect with our breath, and tap into our sensual energy. Get ready to feel grounded, centered, and blissful.

Please note that to maintain a peaceful and uninterrupted or disruptive experience for everyone, we enforce a strict NO LATE ENTRY policy. We encourage you to always arrive 5-10 minutes before class time.
Bring:
- yoga mat
- water
- hand towel (for sweat)
Wear: yoga attire, lingerie, swim wear, sweats.
What is Sensual Yoga? Sensual Yoga is a practice that focuses on connecting with the body and exploring sensuality through movement and breath-work.
