(micro-dose, slight relaxation, and euphoric feeling, around 20-30 min after drinking). We will do some gentle breathing, grounding and somatic movement exercises to get out of the mind, release tensions and relax into our body & awareness.

we might take a few nice group photos before the open flow but only with consent of the ones who don't mind being online and completely optional, NO photos allowed during open flow
