About this Event
Sensual Healing: A Summer Solstice Yin Experience
As we move into the energy of the Summer Solstice — a season of aliveness, visibility, desire, and expansion — this workshop is an invitation to slow down enough to actually feel yourself again.
This is not about performing wellness.
It’s not about pushing your body.
And it’s not about becoming someone new.
It’s about reconnecting to the version of you that already exists underneath the pressure, performance, and constant override.
Through a sensual yin yoga flow, breathwork, guided embodiment practices, music, reflection, and nervous system support, we’ll explore what it feels like to:
– soften out of survival mode
– reconnect to sensation and pleasure
– listen to your body instead of overriding it
– cultivate safety, self-trust, and presence
– inhabit yourself more fully
Expect:
🖤 grounding + gentle arrival practices
🖤 sensual yin yoga + long-held postures
🖤 guided embodiment + sensory awareness
🖤 reflection + emotional permission
🖤 a space that feels human, warm, and deeply non-performative
No yoga experience necessary.
Just bring yourself, water, a notebook + pen, and something comfy to move in.
Yoga mats will be provided, but you’re absolutely welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
