Sensual Feminine Movement is a heel-less, barefoot dance experience designed to help women reconnect with their confidence, femininity, and body awareness through music and intentional movement.

This class focuses on:

• fluid transitions
• hip mobility
• sensual flow
• floorwork (select classes)
• self-expression & confidence
  

No dance experience required.
