Sensory Play - Free for members, 250 kr non-members

Have you ever been curious about what a blindfold can do to your play? To include pinwheels, icecubes, fruits and feathers, but don’t know where to start? Or are you looking for new inspiration as to how you can expand the use of senses? Maybe start here.
This is not a “how to” workshop - we start with an investigation into your “why” and from there explore the “what” and the “how”
You will explore on your own, in pairs and in groups - taking both the position as the receiver and the giver of sensory stimulation. The exercises will help you investigate your preferences and maybe find new inspiration, to better understand and communicate your desires in play all while exploring the fun and seductive opportunities sensory play offers.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
If you've ever been curious about sensory play but felt overwhelmed by the options, or if you’re an experienced player looking to uncover new dimensions, this is the perfect workshop for you.
CAN I JOIN AS A BEGINNER?
Absolutely! This experience is designed for both newcomers and seasoned practitioners alike.
DO I NEED A PARTNER?
You’re welcome to join with a partner or come solo. We will be working individually, with a partner, and in groups. During the workshop we work with different partners in different constellations. We encourage you to be open and curious to explore with different people as we believe that provides the broadest range of experiences, this can be mixed-gender and same-gender constellations. You are of course also welcome to only practise with your own partner(s).
DRESSCODE
Wear something that allows you to move freely and comfortably. If you’d like to expose your skin for certain exercises, feel free to dress in a way that supports that.
WHAT TO BRING
Got a favorite sensory tool, or something you’ve been curious to try but don’t quite know how? Bring it along! We’ll also have a selection of tools available for you to experiment with.
