Join others for an hours walk around the beautiful Oughtonhead Nature Reserve connecting with nature through your senses in the silent companionship of others. Allow your brain to slow down and mindfully connect with both yourself and the natural world.

Participate in mindful exercises, pockets of silent walking and time spent alone connecting with nature.

There will be an opportunity to share your experience with others over a drink after the walk (not obligatory).
