About this Event
Texas ABA Centers Sugar Land and Texas ABA Centers Pearland have partnered with Special Strong West® Houston, and Special Strong Southeast Houston® to provide two, super-fun, sensory-friendly adventures for children on the Autism Spectrum.
These free events will occur on two different dates and at two different locations and will allow children to participate in well-thought-out, sensory-friendly activities and have a blast!
Activities may vary slightly at each location and may include:
Agility Zone: Jump, hop, and race through fun obstacles like cones and ladders! This activity focuses on speed, quickness, and coordination.
Frisbee Fun: Aim and toss at our cool frisbee targets—and see how many you can hit! This activity focuses on cardiovascular health, agility and hand-eye coordination.
Blaze Pods: Sharpen an athletes’ mind to recognize patterns, process information swiftly, and make winning choices on the fly.
Obstacle Course: focuses on motor skills, coordination, and balance.
Parachute game: includes many sensory elements that encourage social interaction, teamwork, and fun!
These events are designed and created for children on the Autism Spectrum and their siblings.
