Sensory-Friendly Day provides a comfortable environment for kids and adults with a variety of sensory differences. TFI’s trained staff and volunteers will be ready to help, answer questions, and share science with you! Featured Programming:
- The museum will be open 30 minutes early for a more comfortable environment.
- Adjustments to our newest exhibits, Wondrous Space and Body Odyssey, that will provide a more welcoming experience.
- Two sensory-friendly viewings of The Sky Tonight (9:30 a.m. and 10:15 a.m.).
- A quiet and set-apart cool down space.
- Chat with representatives from the A.J. Drexel Autism Institute, ABA Centers of Pennsylvania, The Center for Autism Research at CHOP, and TFI’s Accessibility Partner TechOwl.
