This 30-minute Sensory-Friendly Cycle Express class is designed for neurodiverse riders, offering a calm, inclusive environment with lower music, low lighting, no color effects.This cycle class is open to ages 10+ (younger riders may join if they’re tall enough—generally 4'11" minimum).
Adults who prefer lights on for cycle are welcome to join.
Kids 15 and under Parents/Guardians are encouraged to join by signing up for an adult account and managing their child under a kids account to ensure safety and comfort. No experience required.
