Sensory Circus

Sensory Circus is a circus performance designed for highly sensitive people. The following provisions will be made to that effect:

• The event's music and lighting will be adjusted to avoid over stimulation. Lights will be dimmed, but not completely dark. Music will be at a comfortable level, so as to not overwhelm the listener.
• Participants will have the option to sit, stand, lay down or move around throughout the performance. However, participants may not enter the performance space, which will be clearly outlined with a visual barrier.
• Event participants must remove their shoes to sit or lay on the carpets and mats. They may keep their shoes on if they choose to view from an area that is not carpet or mat.
• We will have snacks and beverages for sale. Participants can enjoy snacks on the concrete areas, but not on the carpet or mat areas.
• The performance will include surprising and dynamic movement. Participants should know the performers have practiced a lot, and are always safe during the show, even if it looks like they are falling.
