Join us for a playful, hands-on sensory art experience designed for children ages 5-12 with Down syndrome and other neurodiverse learners! Held on the first Fridays of June, July, and August at 12:30 PM, this caregiver-inclusive class invites children to explore, create, and discover through open-ended process art activities. Each 1-hour class features 3–4 sensory and art stations where participants can experiment with different art mediums, textures, tools, and techniques. From paint rollers and stamping tools to squishy sensory materials, collage, building, and more, the focus is on creativity, exploration, and having fun—not on creating a perfect finished project.
Children are encouraged to explore at their own pace in a welcoming, low-pressure environment designed to support self-expression, confidence, sensory play, and creative discovery.
Class size is limited to 12 children plus guardians to help create a comfortable and engaging experience for everyone.
