Sensory and Kids Yoga + Playroom (6-18 months)
🧘♀️ Foster your baby's development through playful exploration. Our class combines sensory play and yoga to enhance their mind and body growth. Join us for an exciting session led by Barbie Szeman and her team from Little Nature Wanderlust!
Engage in carefully curated sensory play activities, stimulating touch, sight, sound, and smell. Stay tuned for special themed classes during holidays, immersing in season-inspired sensory play!
In addition to sensory play, our class incorporates gentle and age-appropriate yoga movements, promoting flexibility, strength, and coordination. Through simple poses and stretches, your baby will develop body awareness and enhance their motor skills in a joyful atmosphere.
