This Sensitive Body Masterclass draws on and skilfully blends different approaches, such as meditation, physical theatre training, and techniques derived from contemporary dance. It is taught by renowned Italian teacher Riccardo Maffiotti,
The course takes place both in the studio and out in nature (subject to weather conditions)/ We alternate different practices to refine the ability to listen to the body and discover the potential of touch.
We explore both individually, in pairs, and as a group.
We encounter improvisation in creation, as well as in silence and stillness.
