SENSES IV is an invitation to slow down — and reconnect with your own senses in a simple, guided way.
Not through theory.
But through direct experience.
What this is
This is a 3-hour immersive session where you’ll explore how energy shows up — in your body, your emotions, and your intuition.
We draw from practices like meditation, energy work, and intuitive observation — adapted into something accessible for anyone, even if you’re completely new.
What you’ll experience
- Interact with handcrafted orgonite pieces and crystals
Notice what changes when you hold, sit with, or focus on them - Guided sensory prompts
Learn how to recognise subtle shifts — clarity, heaviness, calm, resistance - Experience Exoterica’s alchemical sprays
