Silent Sky tells the true story of Henrietta Leavitt, an aspiring astronomer in the 19th-centruy. When denied full access to the Harvard Observatory because of her gender, Henrietta and her female peers begin to advance and change the way we understand ourselves and our place in the galaxy.Silent Sky will be performed in Jones Theatre (room 38), located in the basement of Jeschke. Free Admission. Doors open at 6:30. Limited seating.
