About Rocky Mountain Rescue Group

Rocky Mountain Rescue Group is one of the oldest and busiest mountain rescue teams in the country with around 200 calls for assistance every year. The team is accredited through the Mountain Rescue Association, and contracted by the Boulder County Sheriff's Office as the county's primary mountain rescue agency. 100% of RMRG is volunteer-based, and the team does not charge for their services.
