We had an absolute blast throwing our previous Santa experience and grotto’s…SOOOO of course we are doing another one!! We are also very lucky that Santa himself agreed to join us again this year. What you can expect at our Kay-OSS Christmas party this year…..
• Hot Chocolate and biscuit when you arrive.
• Sensory trays, small crafts, and some simple games to play while you wait.
• Lots of photo opportunities!
• A visit into Santa's Grotto & receive a present.
• And if we are really lucky and have the time to squeeze it all in, maybe a spot of music and dancing before the end.
Make the most of your chance meeting Santa. Maybe get a little word about how you definitely should be on the good list, and tell him some of the great things you’ve done and achieved this year.
Of course his post box and letters will also be around if you want to write your list while he’s about to approve it.
Your welcome to attend the event from the start until your ready to head home, or if your worried about the waiting around to see Santa, closer to the date Santa’s Elf will send out allocated time slots for a rough idea of when you will be able to head to the grotto.
Once your booking is confirmed by a payment, the elves will be in touch to discuss a suitable gift.
Please be aware this isn’t staffed, so you will need to keep complete supervision which is why we ask the adults to stay. Supervising Adults and under 2s free of charge, but must still be booked so we are aware of how many are in the building incase of emergencies.
(Any attending that are under 2 but would like a present in the grotto, please discuss on booking, there will be a small charge to cover gift only. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN WITHOUT DISCUSSING, we thrive to keep all things fair and safe)
NOTE - Safeguarding is very important, we have some children who attend the sessions that legally can not be uploaded to social media, so please be sure to crop or cover any other people before uploading. If it’s your first time attending our events you will also be asked your preference and to sign a slip.
This session is SEN inspired but everyone is welcome. Please be kind to everyone.

No booking will be confirmed without payment, cancellation of 2 days or less notice will be a loss of money. However for the nature of the session and that individual gifts will be purchased, you may still be charged for the gift if you cancel after the gift has been bought for your child and can’t be used for another.
