Join us at Frontline Academy Bergen for a special no-gi seminar with Pawel Jaworski, one of Europe’s top competitors and a fantastic instructor.In this 2-hour seminar, Pawel will share concepts and techniques from his competitive grappling game. The seminar is open to all levels and will be followed by a short Q&A and optional rolling for those who want to stay on the mat a bit longer.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in. The seminar will replace the regular open mat that day.
