SEMI-SILENCEMeans that we will practice silence in most breaks in between the sessions and use words only within the structure of the retreat to make the experience deeper and more subtle and to enjoy the special togetherness that occurs in silence. It will be possible to talk about urgent practical matters or ask for emotional support within the structure.
