Semi-Scratch Cooking Demonstration - Registration Required

Semi-scratch cooking (sometimes referred to as speed-scratch) is a method of preparing meals quickly, using mostly scratch components, while utilizing some time saving prepared ingredients to reduce complexity and cost. This still gives the presentation and sense of accomplishment as making the whole meal from scratch, without as much of the work! For our demonstration, we will make two dishes: Loaded Mac and Cheese, and Chicken Enchilada Soup!
