Join us in Brussels for an immersive afternoon of Indian dance! Led by Swapnil Dagliya (Artistic Director of Shoonya Dance Centre), these workshops bridge the gap between traditional grace and high-energy folk.
🗓️ The Schedule | March 22nd
13:00 – 15:00 | Semi-Classical Fusion Discover the elegance of Kathak-inspired movement. We’ll cover Tatkaar (footwork) and rhythmic patterns, culminating in a graceful choreography to a Bollywood soul-stirrer.
Level: Open to all (some dance experience recommended).
15:30 – 17:30 | Lavani: Energy & Expression Experience the powerful, fast-paced folk dance of Maharashtra. Originally a morale booster for soldiers, Lavani is all about vibrant energy and bold expressions. Learn the basics and a high-tempo routine!
