You must cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the event to receive a refund. A less than 24-hour notice of cancellation will forfeit your prepaid reservation.
Based on what table you reserved; you will be assigned your table upon arrival. You can purchase multiple tables if you need the space. You must arrive by 9:45am the day of the event to claim your table. Late arrivals and no shows will forfeit their table to vendors waiting in reserve with no refund.
Table sizes available are:
4x6 Table - These cannot be doubled up. Only one 4x6 table per vendor.
4x4 Table - Three available but you can only reserve one. No double up please.
3x5 Table - These are booth tables. You may double up and get two, and only up to two of these tables.
3x3 Table - You may double up and get two, and only up to two of these tables.
6-foot Folding Table - You may double up and get two, and only up to two of these tables.
