Join us for Selkie Soul Sessions - a monthly holistic hangout created to bring like-minded souls together in a relaxed, welcoming space.Each gathering offers the chance to:
• Connect and network with a supportive community
• Experience a taster workshop exploring different wellbeing practices
• Enjoy a short talk from a guest expert in their field
• Take time to relax, reset and reconnect
A homemade soup or vegetarian dish will be provided, and you are warmly welcome to bring something along to share if you wish.
Teas, coffees and light snacks will also be available.
Whether you’re new to holistic wellbeing, an expert or already on your journey, this is a gentle, friendly space where everyone is welcome.
