This is the Estate of Ord. I came across this beautiful venue when attending an event with a friend and here I found all the magic I was looking for in a retreat venue. The grounds are beautifully nurturing, the food and drink so well thought out and I am so excited to be able to hold space here and take you to such a special place on retreat knowing you will be cared for within every moment.
Cost of retreat: ÂŁ270
(Price includes all retreat activities, time and space for you and as a group, some 1:1 time with me with goody bags, refreshments, bespoke dinner, overnight stay and breakfast)

The aim of this retreat is to unravel the love
and sounds you hold within.
Some information about the day:
As we arrive in our body we slow down and ground on our mats…
Through gentle guided movement and breath work we body scan from feet → crown.
Placing our hands on heart and belly, attuning to our inner sound— our heartbeat and breath rhythm.
Our movements come into form as we stretch gently, unravelling our bodies through a light sequence I have put together which includes shoulder rolls
and lots of jaw softening.
I will then drum to our heartbeats
As we release emotional tension we open sacred energetic space
letting our nervous system catch up.
Participants come to the floor or seated position.
We hum on the out breath together letting our vibrations settle.
We then move into silence
Affirmation:
“Let your sound shape your movement; let your movement shape your sound.’’
I will use singing bowls and rain sticks to anchor us after we combine expressive movement + vocal vibration to release any buried emotion expanding our heart energy
I will ask:
“What does love feel like in motion?
What does love sound like through you?”
Sitting in silence with hands placed over the heart I will do some gentle healing for each person in the circle.
Participants lie down with mats/blankets.

Sound bath with:
Crystal bowls
Ocean drum
Soft voice
We seal the journey with gratitude, meditation and embodied presence.
Sit in a circle.
Hands on heart + belly again.
One shared exhale as a group.
Silence before closing
The participants are able to take time to reflect and listen to their bodies to understand what they need at this time. Taking a pause to rest enables us to deal with any pressures of modern day living and reevaluate our lives.
Day rate also available which includes dinner.
