If you have young children or friends with elementary age kids, please encourage them to register for some holiday fun at our IB fundraiser!We are asking parents to pay a $10 entry fee per child and to stay with their child the entire time. There will be areas they can take fun pictures and activities they can do. The kids will also get treats at each station to take home with them.
To incorporate the global language aspect of IB, one area includes singing Feliz Navidad and the IB students will teach Christmas themed Spanish terms and tell about cultural traditions.
For the service component of IB, we are raffling off a "Santa's Sack" full of treats and goodies. Parents can donate canned food for a free raffle ticket and then purchase more tickets for $1 each. There will be sacks for girls and boys, for younger and older kids. There will also be a sack for moms! For more details, you can contact Jill Wheeler or an IB student.
