About this Event
Selfcare Sunday's Yoga in the Park is a beginner friendly flow that focuses on mindful breathing, intention setting for the week, and sending some love into our bodies and minds.
This flow is created intentionally to nurture the soul within, and to help you achieve peace and release stress.
Join us for a gentle Vinyasa & yin yoga flow beneath the trees, with views of the St. Johns River.
Class is held at Memorial Park, meet us on the grass on the left side of the globe if facing the water. Look for the people with yoga mats.
