In this 2-hour immersive workshop, we explore how self-trust erodes and why it makes sense that it did.
You’ll learn:
• How chronic stress narrows clarity
• Why over-adapting disconnects you from your own preferences
• How subtle self-override becomes identity
• Where your personal pattern likely began
This is not a lecture.
You’ll complete guided reflection exercises to map your own erosion pattern and experience a restorative hypnosis session designed to reconnect you to your internal signal.
You will leave with clarity, relief, and a steadier sense of yourself.
