This 90-minute experience is designed to help you reconnect with your heart, soften into your body, and remember the love always lives within you.

What You Can Expect
A Love-Infused Herbal Elixir
You’ll arrive to a warm, heart-opening herbal elixir crafted with intention to ground, soften, and support you as you settle in.
Gentle Guided Breathwork
We’ll begin on our mats with simple breathwork to go inward, quiet the mind, and open the heart.
Heart-Opening Yoga Flow
A slow, gentle, intuitive flow filled with heart-openers, intentional movement, and deep presence. This practice is designed to help you reconnect with your body, honor every inch of yourself, and cultivate true self-love from the inside out.
Guided Journaling + Integration Time
Throughout the flow, soft journal prompts will be woven in. At the end, you’ll have space to integrate, connect with your heart, and write with clarity, compassion, and intention.
Leave Feeling Whole
You'll walk away feeling grounded, nourished, and reconnected to yourself—with a renewed sense of love, gratitude, and appreciation for your beautiful body and this human experience.
