About this Event
Haven Box has designated February as the month of "Self-Love for Survivors", offering a range of free events designed to help survivors of sexual and relational harm reconnect with their inner strength, cultivate self-compassion and love while building community with each other.
Join us at the East Side/Mount Hope YMCA for a rejuvenating session of Self-Love Yoga! This event is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and embrace self-care through gentle yoga practices. Open to all levels, Mimi Budnick will guide you through poses that promote self-acceptance and inner peace. Take this opportunity to prioritize your well-being and show yourself some love on the mat. Don't miss out on this chance to unwind and nurture your mind, body, and spirit!
