Join Nadine & Christina for Glow + Flow, a two hour workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind through Yogalates, journaling, and meditation. This experience blends movement and mindful reflection to help you find balance, confidence, and calm - all while celebrating self love and inner radiance.
Our workshops are all about connection - coming together with like-minded people to move with purpose and leave feeling inspired.

- 45 minutes of Yogalates (suitable for all levels)
