About this Event
This workshop is devoted to self-love; not as a concept, but as a lived experience in your body. Self-love isn’t something we force or “achieve.” It’s something we uncover when we feel safe enough to soften, to listen, and to be present with ourselves exactly as we are.
We’ll begin in a community circle, creating a space of trust, connection, and shared intention. When we’re witnessed without judgment, something powerful happens; our nervous system settles, and our heart begins to open. Together, we’ll build a foundation of safety that allows each of us to go deeper.
From there, we’ll move into a group experiential exercise designed to gently expand compassion for ourselves and for one another. This practice will help us connect to the truth that we are not alone in our struggles, our tenderness, or our longing to be loved.
Throughout the workshop you’ll also be invited into moments of intentional journaling. Journaling is a self-love practice; a space to meet yourself honestly on the page. After the group exercise and again following the breathwork, you’ll have time to reflect, release, and integrate what arises. There’s no right way to write. This is about listening inward and allowing your truth to land gently in your own awareness.
Then we’ll transition into a Neurodynamic Breathwork session, where the breath becomes your guide. This active, rhythmic breathing pattern helps release stored tension, quiet the inner critic, and access deeper emotional layers. The breath has a way of moving us beyond our stories and into direct experience where healing and self-acceptance naturally arise.
