About this Event
Happy February, everyone!! As we are in the “Month of Love” let’s show ourselves some LOVE by gathering for a day of whole body wellness, connection, and fun at the beautiful and serene Coachman Park, located next to the tranquil waters of Downtown Clearwater’s intercoastal waterway! Join us on Saturday, Feburary 22nd, from 10am - 1pm!
10:00 AM: Participants will meet promptly in the middle of The Green, the large grassy area in Coachman Park. (See attached map for location. On the day of event, look for Coach Brittany’s bright pink and grey yoga mats! They will be in an "X" formation to mark the meeting spot.)
10:15 AM: Bring a yoga mat or blanket – You will be guided to do some light stretching and gentle movement before we begin our walk.
10:30 AM: Join in on an energizing group walk through the park, including the pedestrian bridge over The Lake, and stunning views of Coachman Gardens. Let’s get your heart pumping and conversations flowing with new friends!
11:00 AM We will circle back to The Green where Coach Brittany will share self-love and self-care strategies with the group.
11:30 AM: Stairs Challenge! Climbing stairs burns significantly more calories per minute compared to walking on flat ground – we will end our time at the park with this fitness challenge which leads us to the Gateway and Upper Plaza overlooking the park!
RAFFLE PRIZE: Each paid participant will be entered for a chance to WIN a Safety Harbor Spa Day Pass (valued at $50)! *Must be present to win.
NOON: A Connectivity Lunch at a restaurant on Cleveland Street (group will decide the restaurant collectively), will follow the park gathering! Please note, lunch is not included in the cost of registration.
Your event host is Brittany Adams, a Certified Life & Wellness Strategist and the owner of Oasis of Enlightenment, LLC, a life and wellness coaching practice. Brittany has a passion for bringing people together and creating a calming, supportive, and empowering space for individuals to gain the tools they need to thrive at their highest potential in all aspects of their lives.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Attire: Dress comfortably and appropriately for low-impact fitness and for the weather. As of now, it is expected to be in the mid-60’s during the time we will be at the park and there may be a breeze coming off the intercoastal.
