Join She Flows Collective at for this special and sacred event that weaves together gentle movement, energy healing, and simple creativity. This will your space to rest, reflect, and feel supported in community.
After movement, we’ll transition into nourishment and connection—enjoying donuts from Love Birds, zero-proof sips from Dry Cellar, a low-key group craft, and unhurried time to connect with other women in a welcoming, pressure-free environment.
This is an invitation to come as you are—no expectations—just care, community, and a return to the heart.

Ticket price: $30
15% of all ticket proceeds will be donated to to support their work in breaking the cycle of homelessness for local mothers and children. Donations help provide safe shelter and life-changing services.
