Self-love is one of the most profound and enduring relationships you will ever have in your life. In this reflective and creative workshop, a Certified Life Coach will gently guide participants through a series of intentional exercises designed to help you reconnect with, appreciate, and celebrate your favorite parts of yourself—both seen and unseen.
Using a variety of creative mediums such as collage, drawing, and possibly clay, you’ll create a personal self-portrait that goes beyond physical appearance. This is not about artistic skill or perfection, but about expression, curiosity, and honoring yourself with compassion and care. Each piece becomes a visual reminder of who you are and the love you deserve.
