Pour yourself a cup of tea, grab your comfy clothes and spend a cozy afternoon of setting intentions, community, letter writing, and gentle movement.☕️📝Using our breath, bodies, and hearts we will practice self love with the intention of grounding down while ushering in a sense of renewal and rebirth. We are celebrating the Spring Equinox and the start of a new year!🌷🪺
The movement portion of the workshop will be an hour long gentle yoga class. Open to beginners and all bodies. Bring your yoga mat! If you don’t have access to a mat, there are mats available at the studio.
The workshop portion will be an opportunity to practice gratitude towards your fabulous self (and body that has been with you through it all.) You will also write a giant self love note that doubles as an art piece you can hang on your wall or closet door at home to remind yourself to lean into gratitude. Materials will be provided.
1pm-3:30pm will be the movement and workshop portion of the event. Attendees may wish to end their time at 3:30pm OR choose to stay after and add on a portrait with their love note at my photo studio.
Those that wish to stay and add on a portrait with their love note, let me know when booking. You can always opt in at the event if you change your mind. Photo would include yourself holding your note. Folks can choose to stay dressed or, depending on comfort level, strip down to their under garments to lean even more into their body image journey. *Photos are kept private unless attendee signs a model release.
